The Normanby Rugby League Football Club are pleased to announce the signing of Lee Addison as Club Head Coach for the next 3 seasons.

Competing in this year’s BSDRL Premier grade in the view of re-joining the BRL competition in 2018, Lee’s appointment is the first step in the rebuilding phase of the Hounds’ playing ranks.

Lee is a level 3 coach and his credentials include:

  • Harold Matthews with both Manly & Penrith
  • St. Gregory’s Collage of Campbelltown
  • Assistant roles with USA Tomahawks
  • Current head coach Ipswich State High School
  • Current coach of Ipswich Diggers rep side

“This is an exciting time to be joining the Normanby Hounds. From chatting with the club about the reasons for playing BSDRL in 2017 before re-joining the BRL for 2018, I felt joining the club was perfect timing for me and I am very excited about the challenge of remodelling the club into a BRL force.

“This is an ideal time for the club to refresh and get ready for a few exciting seasons ahead. The fact is that with whole hearted commitment, enthusiasm and togetherness towards a cause, special things can happen and that will be the focus of my approach for the next few years”.
